1. Q Sound seems distored or at the wrong pitch why?
A. Turn the pitch dial to adjust the turntable speed. 

2. Q My record is spinning to fast or slow whats happening?
A. On most models there is a speed switch that can be changed 2-3 modes use this and it should fix it. 

3. Q My tone arm is skipping across the record why?
A. Your needle is worn out and will need switching this is a part that wears out over time.

4. Q Why is my record skipping?
A. This is most likely a worn out needle ot possibly a bad record try changing the needle they clip off and a new one will clip on.

5. Q Why is the volume changing the speed?
A. This can be a simple issue the Volume is in most cases the same as the power switch and the pitch is the speed dial not the volume adjustment these can be mistaken for each other.

6. Q Why do i have no power?
A. Check the plug is firmly connected some players have a power switch to the rear of the product others will be a power dial switch that is the same as the volume.

7. Q I bought my item thinking it would be Brand new.
A. Although we try to make each item look like new some items are refurbished this can mean there are slight inperfections on the product this is why we sell everything as used-like new.
